QRKita Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the QRKita mobile application (the "Application", "Service") and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

QRKita is a mobile utility application developed, owned, and operated by Tomokan Labs. By installing and using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Privacy-First Architecture & Core Disclosures

Local-Only Processing: QRKita operates entirely as a local ledger utility application on your Device. Tomokan Labs does not run or maintain a remote cloud storage financial backend, does not utilize cloud user authentication accounts, and never accesses, hosts, processes, or views the transaction logs, sender numbers, or receipt photos that you manage inside the App. All business records remain safely locked locally on your physical Device.

2. Types of Data Collected

  • Data Collected For Advertising (AdMob): The Application displays contextual, non-personalized advertisements served via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To facilitate basic ad delivery, enforce frequency capping, and prevent fraudulent activity, the SDK may process temporary device-specific metadata, such as network status, coarse location, or generic device identifiers. This data is processed strictly in a restricted data processing capacity, is not linked to your identity, and is never used to track your activity across third-party applications or websites.
  • Device Camera & Storage Permissions: The App requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery solely to allow you to scan or upload receipts for automated ledger data extraction.
  • Usage Data: Basic anonymous system metadata may be automatically broadcast during unexpected app events. This includes device hardware specifications, layout execution faults, and crash logs generated solely for diagnostic engineering and troubleshooting app performance.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since Tomokan Labs does not host remote user accounts or financial transaction databases, there is no personal profile data stored on external corporate networks to delete. Your data parameters are intrinsically tied to the local Application state on your physical hardware. Removing the Application from your Device automatically flushes all internal application data caches.

4. Children's Privacy

The Service does not knowingly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Our third-party advertising configurations are strictly initialized to enforce restricted data processing rules for children and underage users to ensure compliance with global digital privacy laws.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any revisions by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or pushing a noticeable version update notification directly within the mobile application interface.

6. Contact Us
